Where services are provided through employer-sponsored arrangements:

  • Employers may receive limited administrative or payment-related information as permitted under HIPAA and Arizona law.

  • Employers will not receive detailed medical records without patient authorization unless otherwise permitted by law.

Aegis Health Solutions is not an insurance company. Services provided do not constitute health insurance and do not replace major medical coverage.

 

5. Arizona Workers’ Compensation

Health information may be disclosed as required under Arizona Workers’ Compensation laws pursuant to A.R.S. Title 23.

Disclosures will be limited to the minimum necessary information required by law.

 

6. Telehealth Services (Arizona Compliance)
