Rethinking Healthcare
Designed for Employers. Built Around People.
In 2023, AEGIS was founded to address a growing challenge facing small and mid-sized employers: rising healthcare costs, declining quality of care, and a system designed to profit from complexity rather than prioritize wellness. Our founders experienced these challenges firsthand—and built AEGIS to be the solution.

AEGIS Health Solutions was founded to flip that equation.
Traditional healthcare wasn't designed to help businesses sustainably take care of their people. It was designed for insurance companies to win — through layers of bureaucracy, opaque pricing, and misaligned incentives. Employers paid more every year, employees received less access and attention, and physicians were forced into rushed, transactional care. Everyone lost except the middlemen.

We took the proven Direct Primary Care (DPC) model and built something different around it: a true partnership between healthcare providers and the organizations they serve. No insurance middlemen. No hidden costs. No rushed 10-minute appointments where nobody knows your name. Just direct, relationship-driven care built around accessibility, continuity, and outcomes.
Today, AEGIS partners with employers across the Phoenix Valley to deliver healthcare that works — for businesses trying to control costs and compete for talent, and for employees who deserve access to care that actually benefits them.

Our Mission
We partner with trusted organizations to deliver our personalized, high quality direct primary care services to all members protected under AEGIS.

The Values That Drive Our Performance
Radical Transparency
No hidden fees. No surprise bills. No fine print. We believe trust is built through honesty — with employers, with members, and with ourselves.
Partnership Over Profits
We succeed when our partners succeed. Our business model is designed to align our interests with yours, not extract value from a broken system.
Quality Over Quantity
Our physicians maintain smaller patient panels so they can provide the unhurried, personalized care every member deserves.
Exclusivity Without Exclusion
Premium care shouldn't be reserved for the privileged few. We make high-quality healthcare accessible to organizations of every size.
Relationship-Driven Care
Members aren't patient numbers. They're people our physicians know by name — their health history, their family, their goals.
Innovation Through Technology
We leverage data and modern tools to predict costs, track outcomes, and continuously improve the care experience.
